Nav4All works great, including the GPS features with my Storm on Verizon running the BB .85 OS.

This mapping program has a ton of features, and is free.

I too made the jump to 4.7.0.75 today and all I can say is, "awesome!" I too was a bit reluctant to update my Storm to this leaked version of the OS, but I guess I felt desperate to have something fixed.

== Sidenote:
I had walked into Verizon at around 9am on Friday (Nov. 21st) seeking the Storm, but of course they were sold out. Then by a miracle, they got a mid-day shipment in... so I was able to grab one.

I had initially gone in to let my rep know I was taking my line to AT&T and the iPhone, as I really liked the iPhone's functionality (I had looked at Verizon's demo model of the BlackBerry Storm the day before it was released and it was garbage this is what turned me off in the first place). Then the regional manager for Verizon came in and showed me his BlackBerry Storm... He let me play with it for awhile and I started finding things I liked over the iPhone. I spent roughly 2 hours mulling over the phone and decided to stay with Verizon.

I personally like the Storm. I like the fact that I can touch, then click the screen (I'm forever mistyping on my iPod touch). And it seems faster than the iPhone when browsing the web.

The BlackBerry is not an iPhone killer... mainly because it's not an iPhone it's a BlackBerry (duh, i know). People expect it to be just like the iPhone and that's why you read so many reviews against it. Those people writing negative reviews need to forget the iPhone and look at what RIM has done to the smartphone world. In my opinion, it's just surpassed Microsoft and any Windows Mobile device.

I switched from the Motorola Q9M which I purchased only a few months ago and I'm liking the change; I'd say it's a million times better than any Windows Mobile Device.

This phone is going to do great things for Verizon combined with their solid network coverage. I would suggest to anyone seeking a rock-solid device linked with great coverage to get this phone. Well worth the money spent.
